Laboratory of Surface Treatments

Postdoctoral researcher Francisco Alfaro and master’s student Eduardo Kressin presented at the XLV Brazilian Congress of Vacuum Applications in Industry and Science (CBrAVIC 2024) with their works titled “Influence of Nb doping on the electrical and optical properties of TiO₂ thin films” in oral format and “Evaluation of the base pressure of a vacuum chamber for depositions by magnetron sputtering” in poster format. The abstracts can be viewed in the event’s abstract booklet. Eduardo’s study was honored with the 2nd best work of the event in the poster category.
