Laboratory of Surface Treatments

Undergraduate research student Luiz Eduardo Prince Goehr (ITI-A scholarship holder) presented his research project “Modeling the magnetic field of magnetron sputtering systems” during the V Curitiba Summer School of Physics, organized by the Physics Department of the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). The presented works can be reviewed in the event’s abstract booklet. Luiz’s work is part of a CNPq-funded project aimed at constructing a chamber for depositing thin films applied in the solar sector.
